After what seems like hours, you reach the top of the stairs and enter a circular room. You realise you must be at the very top of the tallest turret of the castle. Between the narrow windows, thick tapestries line the walls, depicting the feats of a great wizard. There are various tables strewn with curious instruments and vessels and some pickling jars you are loathe to look too closely at.
